Originally from Connecticut, I spent some years living around the country - in Vermont, North Carolina, and Oregon - before moving to Brooklyn, New York in 2013. After earning my Masters in Social Work, I spent three years working as a college counselor and studying to become a birth doula both in Brooklyn. My wife and I finally made a long-desired move to Providence, Rhode Island in March of 2017 at which point I began my current work as a mental health clinician and a postpartum doula, practicing in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I live in the West End of Providence with my wife, our four young children, our dog and two cats.
